Chief Robert "Diesel" Palumbo
has been a member since 1987, and has been President of
the Board and Fire Chief. He is
responsible for tactical operations on the fire ground and accident
scenes, apparatus & building maintenance, and participating
on the Board of Trustees. He represents the department with the Pike County Fireman's Federation and neighboring townships,
is a State Certified Vehicle Rescue Instructor, and has extensive training
in Fire Command
.
He's supported at home by wife Jesse, and daughters Emily and Jordan. |

29-2: Assistant Chief Lou Hiland has been a member since 2007. Lou has been in the fire service for over 45 years, recently retired as a Battalion Chief with Oceanside Fire Department. He's responsible for command leadership on fire & rescue scenes, as well as driver training. Lue is also a vital part of the Junior Firefighter Program. In his spare time he enjoys fishing and NASCAR, and is welcomed home by his wife, Jane.

29-4: Captain
Rich Hall has been a member since 1999, when he joined as a Junior Firefighter. He is responsible for leading
fire ground & rescue
operations. Rich is also an EMT, and is responsible for organizing the fire training curriculum. He works as a dispatcher at the Pike County Communications Center. He is welcomed home by his wife, Shirley. |

29-6: Lieutenant
Mike Terruso has been a member since 2005. He is the Assistant Engineer for Engine 1, and is a member of the Dive Team. He's responsible for continuous training and operational leadership on fire & rescue scenes. He owns his own construction company, Terruso Construction, and in his spare time he enjoys hunting and fishing. |
